Every Tuesday in July, some of Aarhus’ most exciting food people host a communal dinner under the open sky – with a new host and a new menu each week. We Eat Together is exceptional food, music, drinks, community spirit and a few surprises along the way.
7 July. No bullshit, only burek. Join us for a taste of the Balkans under the open sky as PARTIZANI GRILL takes over the Town Square and invites you into Balkan food traditions centred around fire, whole-roasted lamb and sač.
14 July. Dishes built around a few simple, quality ingredients – often with dairy at their heart and without any unnecessary fuss. That is the philosophy behind Mleko Bar, inspired by the traditional milk bars of Poland and Ukraine.
21 July. Imagine a long, relaxed dinner with friends and family in France, where crusty baguettes are broken and passed around the table. When RESTAU74 takes over the Town Square in Den Gamle By, expect honest, unpretentious food full of flavour.
28 July. Join us for a colourful communal dinner where food becomes a shared experience – surprising, playful and exploring the very best of the plant kingdom.
