The Museum of Editorial Cartoons is located in the yellow, circular pavilion, which was designed by architect Anton Rosen for the National Exhibition in Aarhus in 1909 and rebuilt in Den Gamle By in 2009.Here you will find 98 specially selected drawings that tell the story of 175 years of editorial cartoon history under the headings "Laughter as a means", "Great events", "Seized by the moment", "Public figures" and "Art and poetry".
Get up close to cartoonists such as Storm P, Roald Als, Claus Seidel, Bo Bojesen and Jens Julius Hansen and gain a historical insight into the many purposes and facets of cartooning.
