On K7 Thursday in Den Gamle By’s 1970s district, your phone will be sealed and marked with the time when you arrive – because tonight, we’re hanging out the way people did in the 1970s.
There’ll be a hangout spot in the 1970s flat, live music and vinyl in the backyard, talks, workshops on microgreens and home preserving, guided tours with themes on 1970s pornography and suburban living, and an all-you-can-eat puff pastry tart feast.
Admission to Den Gamle By is free for everyone aged 18–27 throughout week 37.

Microgreens workshop. Learn how to grow your own sprouts on the windowsill. With flavours such as radish or beetroot, they can add something extra to your dinner – using nothing more than a jam jar, a few seeds and water. The workshop is free and you can take everything home with you.

Hang out in the 1970s flat. The record player is spinning and there are 1970s vibes in the air. Play cards, work on your own knitting or pick up what’s already there, relax on the roof terrace and bring your beer along. You can also meet the young 1970s residents currently living in the flat.
