This June, Den Gamle By’s gardeners invite you to take part in special weekends focused on plant cuttings — and the stories that grow with them. Bring your own cuttings to swap with gardeners and fellow visitors, or simply come as you are and buy a few to take home.
Many plants carry a story — some passed down through generations, others brought along from balconies, allotments or childhood homes. In Den Gamle By, we care for plants that can be traced back to the 1800s. Come and swap cuttings, share experiences and learn how our gardeners work with plants in the heart of the city. Meet the gardeners, get tips and share your own plant story if you feel like it.
We’ll provide the setting — the rest we’ll create together. You’re welcome with or without cuttings.
