The house is a gabled house from Aabenraa, a green-washed
half-timbered house originally from 2, Storegade and rebuilt in
1738 with a brick gable-end.
Gabled houses are typical of Southern Jutland.
The house was rebuilt in The Old Town in 1953 and houses, among
other things, the post office.
Carriage store 1800s
The wooden barn is a carriage store from Christiansfeld.
It comes from the old secondary school in Nørregade.
It was rebuilt in The Old Town in 1963 as a carriage store for the post office.
